Harmony Health provides Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) services. This is the practice of high-quality coordinated care, where we function as a Care Team to serve our patients. IBH allows our medical and behavioral health providers to engage in brief, solution-oriented care. Our IBH team includes David House, Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Mark Schlutsmeyer, Licensed Clinical Psychologist; Simone King, PMHNP; Francis Okodogbe, PMHNP, Tami Ramsey, LCSW, Sandra Sertyn, LMFT, Alexis Rickards, ASW, and Andrea Medina, LMFT . Your Harmony Health Primary Care Provider (PCP) can refer you for therapy sessions and classes.

Tamaira “Tami” Ramsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and California State University, Chico with a Master of Social Work degree. Tami has worked in community based mental health services as a clinician for over 10 years. In addition, Tami has worked in the mental health field as a case manager or rehabilitation specialist for an additional 9 years. Tami works with individuals of all ages, specializing in children and adolescents. She uses various forms of therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to aid clients in stabilization and in meeting their goals.
Tami grew up in the local area and is dedicated to strengthening the community.
Tami enjoys live music, travel, photography, volunteering and socializing with friends or family.

Sandra Sertyn
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Sandra Sertyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health. She strives to provide a safe and inviting space that encourages authenticity, honesty, and healing. She focuses on symptom relief, improving daily functioning, and overall quality of life.
Sandra considers herself fortunate to have worked in a variety of mental health situations, from the more traditional individual therapy to community-based services and special populations. She has extensive training in a variety of trauma interventions, adoption, neurodiversity, somatosensory intervention, learning disabilities, parenting techniques, and several specific modalities.
Sandra likes to create a comfortable, trusting "down to earth" tone that encourages clients to engage and feel that they are a part of the therapeutic process. She meets clients where they are and then determines the best approach.
