Harmony Health provides Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) services. This is the practice of high-quality coordinated care, where we function as a Care Team to serve our patients. IBH allows our medical and behavioral health providers to engage in brief, solution-oriented care. Our IBH team includes David House, Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Mark Schlutsmeyer, Licensed Clinical Psychologist; Simone King, PMHNP; Francis Okodogbe, PMHNP, Tami Ramsey, LCSW, Sandra Sertyn, LMFT, and Alexis Rickards, ASW. Your Harmony Health Primary Care Provider (PCP) can refer you for therapy sessions and classes.

David House, RADT, TTS
Alcohol and Drug Counselor
David is a Registered Alcohol and Drug Therapist, License # R1456730122, with the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals. He is also a certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. He has worked at a Residential Drug Program for 3 years. As a hometown favorite, David completed the Substance Abuse Certification course through Yuba College. As a man who went down the wrong paths for many years, David strongly believes in second chances.

Mark Schlutsmeyer
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Mark received a B.A. in Psychology at UC Santa Cruz, and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Miami University. He has been working in community mental health settings for 20 years. He uses cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to help adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood swings, trauma responses, relationship problems, stress, anger, shame, substance use, and many other life issues.
In his free time, Mark loves to spend time with family, play guitar, work on home projects, and learn new things.

Dr. Simone King
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Simone King graduated from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned a Master of Science in Behavioral Health, a PMHNP, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of San Francisco. Dr. King provides psychiatric assessment and medication management for most mental health and substance use disorders. She works with all ages, specializing in adolescents and young adults. She has experience with women’s health, trauma, and grief counseling.
Dr. King is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She is committed to incorporating breathing exercises, movement, mindfulness, and meditation into Western medical practice. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is the best medicine.

Francis Okodogbe
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Francis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with bachelor’s degrees in nursing and public health (BSN/PHN) and later attended Walden University and earned a Master of Science in nursing with a specialization is psychiatric mental health. Francis has over 26 years of experience working with mental health patients. His approach to mental health is holistic and focused on trauma reduction. He particularly enjoys working with patients and meeting them where they are at various stages of their illness and wellness journey. Having a good therapeutic relationship with patients and working with them to re-enter the community or stepping down to a lower level of care are some of Francis’ specialties. He likes to spend time with his patients and give them the tools to understand their illnesses. Francis provides ongoing medication management for various diagnoses and illicit drug-related issues. He uses various forms of therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He treats and evaluates patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs), mood disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, crisis stabilization, incarceration, sleep disorders, OCD, PTSD, psychosis, relationship issues, and anger management. Francis is currently seeing patients 16 years and older.
Francis likes to spend time shopping, cooking, walking his favorite dog MAX, volunteering, supporting community events, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Tami Ramsay
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Tamaira “Tami” Ramsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and California State University, Chico with a Master of Social Work degree. Tami has worked in community based mental health services as a clinician for over 10 years. In addition, Tami has worked in the mental health field as a case manager or rehabilitation specialist for an additional 9 years. Tami works with individuals of all ages, specializing in children and adolescents. She uses various forms of therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to aid clients in stabilization and in meeting their goals.
Tami grew up in the local area and is dedicated to strengthening the community.
Tami enjoys live music, travel, photography, volunteering and socializing with friends or family.

Sandra Sertyn
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Sandra Sertyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health. She strives to provide a safe and inviting space that encourages authenticity, honesty, and healing. She focuses on symptom relief, improving daily functioning, and overall quality of life.
Sandra considers herself fortunate to have worked in a variety of mental health situations, from the more traditional individual therapy to community-based services and special populations. She has extensive training in a variety of trauma interventions, adoption, neurodiversity, somatosensory intervention, learning disabilities, parenting techniques, and several specific modalities.
Sandra likes to create a comfortable, trusting "down to earth" tone that encourages clients to engage and feel that they are a part of the therapeutic process. She meets clients where they are and then determines the best approach.

Alexis Rickards, MSW, ASW
Associate Social Worker, Street Medicine
Alexis is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who graduated from University of Nevada, Reno, with a Masters in Social Work and is actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Alexis has over 5 years of experience working with mental health patients across various settings. Currently working with Harmony Health Street Medicine, she provides compassionate, trauma informed, evidence-based support to individuals needing integrated medical and behavioral health services. Her passion for mental health care is deeply personal, stemming from her own experience growing up with mentally ill family members. Having witnessed the challenges her loved ones faced, she developed a strong desire to help others navigate similar struggles. This personal connection has driven her commitment to providing empathetic and effective care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Alexis creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment for her clients, using a client-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. She is dedicated to ensuring that every person she works with feels empowered to manage their mental health challenges. Her commitment to mental health advocacy and her deep understanding of the struggles individuals and families face makes her a compassionate and effective social worker in the field.
Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, outdoors, thrifting, reading, working out and going to the ocean.
