Clinic On Wheels
Services

On the Clinic on Wheels (COW) walk-ins are welcome. We provide acute/chronic care, CHDP/physicals, prenatal care, women's health and behavioral health. Services are specific to the site. We are located at various locations throughout Yuba and Nevada Counties 

Clinic on Wheels Schedule 

1st/3rd Tuesdays: N San Juan Family Resource Center 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

2nd/4th Tuesdays: N San Juan Community Center 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Fridays: Camptonville Community Center 15333 Cleveland Ave., Camptonville 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
